Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to Daedo
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our centralized distribution warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
